Dividend Growth Investing:

Get a Steady 8% Per Year Even in a Zero Interest Rate World – Featuring The 13 Best High Yield Stocks, REITs, MLPs, and CEFs For Retirement Income

Why should you settle for 0.01% interest in a savings account?

Or be OK with a treasury bill which pays less than 2% per year?

Back in 1990, you could have retired comfortably with a nest egg of $500,000.

All you had to do was invest that money into a Treasury Bill, and you would have earned a steady 8% every year.

That’s $40,000 deposited into your account every single year from what most experts would consider the world’s most stable investment.

These days, if you invest $500,000 into the same Treasury Bill, you won’t be getting 8% per year, nowhere near that.

ABOUT THE BOOK

You’ll also get our 10 part video course Company Valuation 101 as a free bonus..

In 2020, a Treasury Bill paid just 1.25% every year.

That’s just $6,250 income per year on a $500,000 investment.

And you can’t live anywhere in the US, UK or Canada on $6,250 per year.

So what to do instead?

This book will not only show you why you can’t rely on government bonds for your retirement.

It will also show you exactly what to do instead (Hint: It doesn’t involve relying on social security)

"Something For All Investors"

I’ve read a lot of investing books over the years. I wanted to read this one because I’ve read other books by Freeman Publications in the past and wanted to see their “take” on a subject of interest to me – dividend investing. After reading it, I truly believe it would be a bargain at any price.

Far too many so-called “investing” books are full of hype and fluff and are weak on actual content. It was a pleasant surprise to pick up a book that strikes a balance between readability and in-depth content.

"Great information and guidance on how to properly invest for income"

This book fits my investing style, as I love dividends and the potential for dividend growth. I do this through value investing. I loved the way the book was structured and, in my opinion, this book would benefit people who are new or are trying to invest versus speculating. It discusses the current yields on savings accounts and bonds, how fees affect your portfolio, dividends, yield traps, and their 11 principles for finding great dividend stocks.

Overall this was a great read. It was engaging, very detailed and kept my attention. I have already recommended it to a few of my friends who are starting their investing journey.

"What you need to know to grow wealth"

Great book as is the others from this group. This book takes you into growing wealth through dividends and long-term investment strategies that will increase your portfolio as well as the ride out the downtimes in the market. The book goes through several investment vehicles and gives their strengths and tax implications so you can build a portfolio that is well constructed.

Solid leads on actual companies and why they are good investments because of what they have done year over year instead of 1 year or 6 months. Easy read and not too heavy on accounting or tax verbiage but meaningful discussions on growth investing.

"Extremely solid value"

This book offers you strategies to test dividend stocks to see if a certain stock is a decent match for your portfolio. The process of choosing a dividend stock is helpful, and it will make me use the book for years.

This book is an extremely solid value and has plenty of information for all investors, particularly given the meager price. It was easy to read, engaging, and well-organized. I recommend it to anyone starting their investing journey.

"With all the current hype and volitility of the times, this is the book to steady your course"

Without a doubt in these times, you need guidance on how to select your stock with a sure-fire strategy on holding investments and generating cash.

I’ve read many books on the subject of investing, especially dividend investing and this sets the tone, makes it easy to read, and gives you verifiable examples of stocks to consider and why they should be considered.

You can’t go wrong with the information given in this book or as a matter of fact any of the investment books published by Freeman Publications. The details and approach written in this book are well worth the investment.

A great follow-up to the book on value investing. Lots of research went into the information provided. Thank you. Very useful.

"Another great book from Freeman Publications"

I read another book “Covered Calls for Beginners” and liked it much. Knowing the release of this book “Dividend Growth Inve$ting” from the same publisher, I am thrilled to check it out too.

Having read through half of the content, I found it is informative and insightful to show me the pros-n-cons of existing common investments and how to strike a balance of selecting stocks that consider capital gains and dividend payouts! Can’t stop reading the remaining.

"Great insights and recommendations"

5 stars because of the essential explanations  given throughout the text. Highly recommended, no matter what stage of life you may be in.

Great summary with the example portfolio.

"Another Winner"

Great ideas, great strategies, not complicated. This the third book of theirs I’ve read. Loved them all waiting for the next one.
